I'm an editor based in Brooklyn, NY.​​ ​

 

I work with nonfiction and academic authors and specialize in texts about law, society, and politics. 

 

Books I have worked on have been published by (or are forthcoming in) The MIT Press, NYU Press, Cornell University Press, and Springer Nature. My (ghost)writing has appeared in The New York Times, Vital City, Slate, and Inquest, among other outlets.

Previously, I was a researcher and writer for nonprofit criminal legal advocacy organizations, and an occasional freelance writer on weekends. I received my BA in Politics and Philosophy from Bates College.
